  • Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving and using credits without first contacting our support team.
  • Exploiting payment processor errors or system bugs to obtain credits without payment.
  • Using prepaid or virtual cards specifically to avoid traceability or dispute resolution.

2.2 Account Fraud

  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, free credits, or trial features.
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties to circumvent per-account limits.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to create accounts or generate content at scale beyond normal use.
  • Impersonating another user or providing false identity information during registration or verification.

2.3 Content and System Abuse

  • Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our AI moderation systems.
  • Deliberately uploading content designed to test or probe the limits of our safety filters.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or commercialising access to our Service or generated outputs without authorisation.

3. How We Detect Fraud

We use a combination of automated systems and manual review processes to detect fraud, including but not limited to:

  • Device fingerprinting and IP analysis to identify suspicious account patterns.
  • Payment velocity checks to flag unusual purchasing behaviour.
  • Integration with payment processors' fraud detection tools.
  • Monitoring for duplicate or linked accounts sharing payment methods, devices, or IP addresses.
  • Review of chargeback rates and dispute patterns.

We do not disclose the specific parameters of our fraud detection systems in order to maintain their effectiveness.

4. Consequences of Fraudulent Activity

If we determine that your account has been involved in fraudulent activity, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account(s).
  • Forfeiture of any credits or content associated with the fraudulent activity.
  • Recovery of funds owed, including via debt collection if necessary.
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, payment networks, and fraud databases.
  • Legal action to recover losses including costs, damages, and legal fees.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and may be treated as fraudulent activity. We maintain detailed transaction and usage logs and will contest all illegitimate chargebacks with evidence.
