How do I get started with video generation?
Getting started is easy! Navigate to the dashboard, click "Create Video", upload your image, and generate.
What file formats are supported for uploads?
We support JPG and PNG formats, max size 10MB.
How long does it take to generate a video?
Roughly 4 minutes depending on complexity and server load.
Credits & Billing
How do credits work?
Credits are used to generate videos. Each video costs a variable amount of credits.
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
We do not offer refunds. Contact support if there’s an issue.
Video Features & Customization
What kinds of videos can I create?
SpicyGen specializes in erotic video generation with human subjects from your prompts.
Can I customize the video background?
Not yet. Only prompt-based scene guidance is supported for now.
What is the maximum video length?
Currently 5 seconds. Longer durations coming soon.
Can I add music or sound effects?
Not at this time. Video generation is visual-only.
Account Management
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the email instructions.
Can I have multiple users on one account?
Not yet — multi-user/team accounts are on our roadmap.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. This is irreversible and will delete all data.

What browsers are supported?
Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Please use the latest versions.
My video generation failed. What should I do?
Retry with a valid image. If it persists, contact support.
How can I improve video quality?
Use clear, well-lit images with unobstructed faces. Avoid group photos or strange angles.
